I have 15+ years of experience working in both the mental health & creative arts field with diverse populations of adolescents, teens, and adults. About Me
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a specialization in Expressive Arts Therapy. I have a B.A. in Visual Arts from UC San Diego and M.A. in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. I have a grounded, compassionate, playful, and creative personality as well as an abundant therapeutic toolbox to support others on their healing journey. I believe that healing happens when you can feel truly heard and seen, when you are able to share your stories, explore your struggles, and be met with love, compassion, and unconditional positive regard.
